Eden offers free education programs for women and for men. It’s a safe place to ask questions and build skills around pregnancy, parenting, and the stretch in between.

Programs include Empower, Bright Birth Academy, and Just for DAD. Full class details, schedules, and materials belong on this page. Send the program brochure when you’re ready, or use this as a simple page to practice updating.
